'200' & '200-2' Series Duct Blowers (Indoor Applications)
In-line Duct Blower(s) shall be constructed of cold rolled steel with corrosion resistant, high solids, baked enamel finish. Blower motor and drive access shall be provided on both sides through removable panels. Blowers shall be belt drive, forward curved, DWDI with resilient mounted, permanently lubricated, ball bearings having a minimum L₅₀  (average) life of 200,000 hours. Shaft shall be keywayed at both ends.  (Optional - Cabinets shall be insulated with 1/2" thick fiberglass insulation.)

Duct blower(s) shall be licensed to bear the AMCA seal for Air and Sound Performance and be Listed UL 705.

Motor shall be continuous duty, permanently lubricated, ball bearing with a 1.15 service factor.  Electrical characteristics and features per schedule.

'9200' & '9200-2' Series Duct Blowers (Indoor or Outdoor Applications)

'9200VIB' Series Duct Blowers (Indoor or Outdoor Applications)
In-line Duct Blower(s) shall be constructed of galvanized steel with corrosion resistant, high solids,  baked enamel finish and be insulated with 1/2" fibreglass insulation.  Blower, motor and drive access shall be provided on both sides through removable panels. Blower shall be complete with internally mounted spring vibration isolators. The blower(s) shall be belt driven, forward curved, DWDI, with ball bearings having a minimum L₅₀  (average) life of 200,000 hours. Shaft shall be keywayed at both ends. 

Duct blower(s) shall be licensed to bear the AMCA seal for Air and Sound Performance and be Listed UL 705.

'F200' Filter Section  (For '200', '9200' & '9200VIB' Duct Blowers)
Filter Section(s) shall be fabricated of cold rolled steel with corrosion resistant, high solids, baked enamel paint finish and insulated with 1/2" fibreglass insulation. The filter shall be 1" thick, permanent, washable, aluminums mesh. Filter rack shall have provision to accommodate 2" thick filters. Removable end panel shall provide service access.

'HC' Hot Water Heating Coil
Hot Water Heating Coil(s) shall be enclosed in a cold rolled steel, insulated cabinet with corrosion resistant, baked green enamel paint finish.  The coil shall consist of 2 rows of 3/8" copper tubes expanded on to aluminum fins at a density of 12 fins per inch.  The coil shall be of lead free construction and be suitable for use with potable water systems.

'CW' Chilled Water Cooling Coil
Chilled Water Cooling Coil(s) shall be enclosed in a cold rolled steel, insulated cabinet with corrosion resistant, baked green enamel paint finish. The coil shall consist of 4 rows of 3/8" copper tubes expanded on to aluminum fins at a density of 12 fins per inch.  The drain pan shall be of corrosion resistant galvanized steel and sloped to ensure free condensate drainage.

'H9200' Intake Filter Hood
Intake Hood(s) shall be fabricated of galvanized steel with corrosion resistant, baked green enamel  paint finish. Intake shall be sloped to prevent the entrainment of rain and contain integral 1 in. thick aluminum mesh filters that can be serviced through a removable end cap.  For 20"  models (9220 & 9220-VIB) the intake shall be screened and require a separate model F9220 filter section with sloped filter bank of 1” aluminums filters.

'300' Series Exhauster
Curb Mounted Exhauster(s) shall be fabricated of galvanized steel with corrosion resistant, high solids baked enamel finish. A removable top panel shall provide access to the integral blower, motor & drives. Blower shall be belt driven, forward curved with resilient mounted, permanently lubricated, ball bearings having a minimum L₅₀ (average) life of 200,000 hours. Shaft shall be keywayed at both ends.

Exhauster(s) shall be licensed to bear the AMCA seal for Air and Sound Performance and be listed UL705.

Motor shall be continuous duty, permanently lubricated, ball bearing with a 1.15 service factor. Electrical characteristics and features per schedule.

'400' Series Framed Utility Blower
Framed (SWSI) Utility Blower(s) shall be forward curved belt driven. Blower housing shall be galvanized steel. Angled steel reinforcing frames to provide multiple motor mounting options for 4 discharge positions. Bearings (models 407 to 418) shall be permanently lubricated, resilient mounted, ball bearing. Models 420 to 425 shall have self-aligning pillow block bearings with provision for field re-lubrication.  All bearings shall have a minimum L₅₀ (average) life of 200,000 hours. Shaft shall be keywayed.

(Optional): - Belt Guard: Blower shall have a factory supplied belt guard.

'600' Series Utility Blower (Vent Set)
Forward Curved Utility Blower(s) shall be AMCA Arrangement 10, (SWSI). Centrifugal FC wheel shall be, fabricated of galvanized steel. Blower housing shall be fabricated of cold rolled steel. Bearing and motor platform support shall be fabricated from angle iron and be complete with sliding motor platform for belt tension adjustment. Provide galvanized motor compartment cover. Finish shall be corrosion resistant, high solids, baked enamel paint. Bearings shall be pillow block, self-aligning, ball bearing, with a minimum L₅₀ (average) life 200,000 hours. Shaft shall be keywayed. 

Each blower shall be licensed to bear the AMCA Certified Ratings Seal for Air Performance. 

Motors shall be continuous duty with permanently lubricated ball bearings. Electrical characteristics and enclosure per schedule. Drives are to be selected for 150% of driven horsepower. Blower pulley(s) shall be fixed, machined, cast iron. Motor pulley(s) shall be cast iron, variable speed.

'700' Series Fresh Air Supply Unit
Fresh Air Supply Fan shall be curb mounted with filtered intakes on four sides. Cabinets shall be fabricated of galvanized steel with corrosion resistant, high solids, baked enamel finish. Blowers shall be belt drive, FC (forward curved), DWDI with resilient mounted ball bearings having a minimum L₅₀  (average) life of 200,000 hours. Shafts shall be keywayed at both ends.  A removable, latched, top panel shall provide for service access to both the filters and motor /blower assembly. Bearings shall be resilient mount, permanently lubricated, ball bearing, with a minimum L₅₀ (average) life of 200,000 hours. Filter shall be aluminum, 1" thick, permanent, washable.

Fresh Air Supply Unit shall be licensed to bear the AMCA seal for Air and Sound Performance and be listed UL 705. 

Motor shall be continuous duty, permanently lubricated, ball bearing with a 1.15 service factor. Electrical characteristics and enclosure per schedule. '800' Series Blowers
Blower(s) shall be belt driven double-width, double inlet (DWDI) with forward curved  (FC) wheel fabricated of galvanized steel with hook and slot construction. Bearings shall be permanently lubricated, ball bearing, with a minimum L₅₀ (average) life of 200,000 hours, resilient mounted in a 3-arm bracket. Blower housings shall be fabricated of cold rolled steel and reinforced with angular steel frames. Finish shall be corrosion resistant, high solids, baked green enamel. Shaft shall be keywayed at each end.  

(Optional) - Belt Guard: Blower shall have a factory supplied belt guard.

'900' Series Blowers
Blower(s) shall be belt driven double-width, double inlet (DWDI) with forward curved (FC) wheels. Housings shall be fabricated galvanized steel and reinforced with angular steel side frames.  Finish shall be corrosion resistant, high solids, baked green enamel.  Bearings shall be self-aligning, pillow block ball bearing, with a minimum L₅₀ (average) life of 200,000 hours with provision for re-lubrication. Shafts shall be keywayed at both ends.

'SIS' Series Side Intake, Fresh Air Supply Unit
Filtered Fresh Air Supply Unit(s) shall be curb mounted with single side intake and be fabricated of galvanized steel with corrosion resistant, high solids, baked green enamel finish. Blower shall be belt drive, FC (forward curved), DWDI with resilient mounted ball bearings (pillow block self aligning bearing for SIS-20) having a minimum L₅₀  (average) life of 200,000 hours. A removable, latched, top panel shall provide for service access to the motor/blower assembly.  Filters shall be 1" thick, aluminum mesh, permanent, washable and be serviceable through a removable end cap. For model SIS-20 only, the intake shall be screened and require a separate model F9220 filter assembly.

'BI' Series Utility Blower (Vent Set)
Utility Blowers shall be AMCA Arrangement 10, Class I, Backward Inclined (BI). Blower housing shall be fabricated of cold rolled steel. Bearing and motor platform support shall be fabricated from angle iron and be complete with sliding motor platform for belt tension adjustment. Provide galvanized, weather resistant, motor compartment cover. Finish shall be corrosion resistant, high solids baked enamel paint. Shaft shall be keywayed.  Wheels shall be of heavy gauge steel; bearings shall be pillow block, self- aligning, with provision for field lubrication and have a minimum L₅₀ (average) life of 200,000 hours.

Utility Blower(s) shall be licensed to bear the AMCA seal for Air Performance and be listed UL 705.

'BI' Series Restaurant Exhauster
Restaurant Exhauster(s) shall be AMCA Arrangement 10, Class I, Backward Inclined (BI). Blower housing shall be fabricated of cold rolled steel. Bearing and motor platform support shall be fabricated from angle iron and be complete with sliding motor platform for belt tension adjustment. Provide galvanized, weather resistant, motor compartment cover. Finish shall be corrosion resistant, high solids, baked enamel paint. Shaft shall be keywayed.  Wheel shall be of heavy gauge steel; bearings shall be pillow block, self- aligning, with provision for field lubrication and have a minimum L₅₀ (average) life of 200,000.  Exhauster shall have upblast discharge with continuously welded 16 gauges or heavier housing, 2" drain, bolted and gasketed access panel.

Exhauster(s) shall be Listed UL 762 ‘Power Roof Ventilators for Restaurant Exhaust Appliances’, Listed UL 705 and be licensed to bear the AMCA seal for Air Performance. 

'BIDI' Series Blowers
Blower(s) shall be DWDI, AMCA Arrangement 3, and Class I. Blower housing shall be fabricated of cold rolled steel, reinforced with ‘U’ channel steel side frames. Finish shall be corrosion resistant, high solids, baked enamel. Blower wheels shall be heavy gauge, backward inclined and dynamically balanced in 2 planes. Bearings shall be self-aligning, pillow block, ball bearing with a minimum L₅₀ (average) life of 200,000 hours and provision for re-lubrication. Shafts shall be keywayed at both ends.

Blower(s) shall be licensed to bear the AMCA seal for Air Performance.

'DPL' Series Plenum Fan
Plenum Fan shall be Backward Inclined (BI) suitable for AMCA Class I operation.  Wheels shall be SWSI and constructed of heavy gauge steel, (aluminum for 30”, 33”, 36”), and dynamically balanced in 2 planes. Bearings shall be self-aligning, pillow block, ball bearing with provision for re-lubrication and rated for a minimum L₅₀ (average) life of 200,000 hours. Frame and bearing support shall be constructed of heavy gauge welded angle iron.

Plenum Fan(s) shall be licensed to bear the AMCA seal for Air Performance.

Motor shall be continuous duty, permanently lubricated, ball bearing with a 1.15 service factor. Electrical characteristics and enclosure per schedule. Drives are to be selected for 150% of driven horsepower. Blower pulleys shall be fixed, machined, cast iron. Blower pulleys shall be cast iron, variable speed.
