Filter SectionsFilter Sections

  • Filter sections are insulated and supplied with 1" framed aluminum mesh filter.  All filter cabinets will accommodate a 2" filter (supplied by others).
  • Easily removed for servicing through an end access panel.
  • Twin units require 2 sections.

  • HC Hot Water, CW Chilled Water Coils are designed to mount on the inlet of the corresponding duct blower.  EG: HC-09,  CW-09 fit on a model 209 or 9209 duct blower.  HC and CW can also be duct mounted.
  • Lead free construction - Safe for use with potable water systems.
  • Aluminum fin on copper tube construction.
  • All coils are factory leak tested to 500 p.s.i.
  • Hot Water Coils are 2 row, Chilled Water Cooling Coils and Direct Expansion Coils are 4 row.

Intake HoodIntake Hood

  • H9209 to H9218 filtered intake hood sections supplied with 1" aluminum mesh filters.
  • H9220 hood section has a screened inlet for use with F9220A filter section.
  • Twin units require 2 filter sections or two hood sections.

Back Draft Damper

  • Back Draft DamperFits the outlet of all 400, 600 and BI Series Utility Blowers.
  • Constructed of 16ga. aluminum.
  • Gravity activated.

Heat SlingerHeat Slinger

  • Cast aluminum disk with radial blades which is installed on a shaft between the housing and the inboard bearing.
  • Can be used on Delhi's BI/600/CMRE units.
  • Provides protection for the bearing from excessive heat. The slinger dissipates heat from the shaft before reaching the bearing and increases the air flow across the inboard bearings.
  • Good for a maximum of 400 deg. Fahrenheit.
  • Easily field installed.

Shaft SealShaft Seal

  • Good for a maximum of 220 deg. Fahrenheit.
  • Provides protection to the bearing from excessive dust.
  • Can be used on Delhi's BI/600 Utility units.
  • Easily field installed.
  • Installed on the shaft between the bearing plate and back panel in the motor compartment.
  • Constructed of 1/4" thick polyethylene for acid resisting applications.

  • Fit all single inlet 400, 600 and BI Series Utility Blowers.
  • Round inlet screens mount on the inlet collars of the blowers.
  • Rectangular outlet screens mount over the square outlet of the units.
  • Both are easily field installed.

  • 5 adjustable sizes.
  • Fit 7" to 25" single inlet (400 Series) and double inlet (800 & 900 Series) blowers.

Protective Coating

  • Delhi offers Heresite Coating to help prevent or arrest deterioration of metal surfaces subject to immersion in, or to splash and fumes of hot alkalis and strong acids.
