To obtain a return authorization, contact your sales representative or our customer serivce department. If a return is being made for warranty consideration we will require information including, product order date, invoice/purchase order number etc. Please provide as much information on the form as possible to help us expedite answering your concern. What do I do if I wish to return an item to Delhi?Delhi Air Moving Products are guaranteed for a period of one year against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship when operating under normal conditions. Liability is limited to the replacement of defective parts. Labour and transportation costs are not included. |
